- •Be between 18 and 40 years of age; not be obese; practice more than 150 minutes of daily physical activity; Answer yes to all PAR-Q questions; do not use drugs or nutritional supplements.
排除标准
- •Have presented osteomyoarticular lesion in the last and months; be using nutritional supplements; be an athlete in any sport; having a lower limb prosthesis.
