- •Rehabilitants with chronic non-specific back pain (ICD M.50-54),
- •Signed declaration of consent,
- •Age: 18 - 67 years,
- •Cognitively able to participate in the study,
- •Sufficient understanding of the German language
排除标准
- •Operations on the spine
- •ICD M51 (lumbar and other disc damage, M40-M43,M45-M49 (spondylosis)
- •increased tendency to fall
- •severe neuromuscular dysfunctions
- •lack of physical or mental fitness
