入选标准
- •1. Male patients 18 years or above.
- •2. Single passable anterior urethral stricture up to 2 cm of length.
排除标准
- •?Multiple strictures.
- •?Stricture of fossa navicularis.
- •?Stricture length more then 2 cm.
- •?Known allergy to lignocaine.
- •?Associated urological co-morbidities like urethral or vesical calculus, benign prostatic hyperplasia, neurovesical dysfunction.
- •?Significant cardiovascular disease.
