This research is to meausre the grip strength using manual handheld dynamometer immediately and after 24 hours and 48 hours of kinesiotaping to the controlled and placebo group of nurses of age group 18 to 59 years

入选标准
- •Nursing staff
- •Co operative subjects
- •Both gender male and female
- •Age between 18 to 59 years
- •For females : grip strength less than 32.9 kg
- •For males : grip strength less than 46.3 kg.
排除标准
- •Hand trauma
- •Impaired hand function
- •Present pain or other kinds of complaints in hand area
- •Fragile skin
- •Cardiopulmonary disorders
- •Hormonal and osteomyoarticular disorder.
- •Joints and bone deformities
- •Congenital or aquired , in either of the upper extremities
- •Central or peripheral neurological deficit
- •Injury or surgery to upper extrimities within last 6 months.
- •Skin Allergy.
