- •2.The participants must have met the indication for tonsillectomy

- •1. Have underlying disease
- •2. The participants have contraindication for platelet-rich plasma (abnormal platelet and coagulation profiles)
- •3.The participants take antiplatelet medication
- •4.Immunocompromised host
- •5.Suspected cancer
