- •Patients with chronic Pruritus of the forearm

- •Exclusion criteria were Diabetes mellitus, polyneuropathia, neurologic diseases, chronic pain conditions, lesions or open wounds of the forearm, gravidity, skin infections, drug addiction, mental diseases, other dermatologic diseases, lidocaine allergy and marcumar. .
