- •In the age range of 60-18 years
- •candidate for laparoscopic gynecological surgery
- •Patient consent to study

- •Sensitivity to local anesthetics
- •Excessive obesity
- •Accompanying systemic diseases such as any history of cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, etc.
