- •2.Subjects whose parents gave informed consent
- •3.All index teeth should be present.

- •1.Participants suffering from systemic disease
- •2.Subjects under antibiotic therapy anytime during the past 3 months
- •3.Subjects undergoing orthodontic therapy
- •4.Subjects who were using or have used other mouth rinses in the past one month
- •5.Subjects with orofacial malformations.
