入选标准
- •1. Aged 18 to 55 years old;
- •2. BMI>= 24kg/m2;
- •3. Weight stable within 6 months (< 2 kg);
- •4. Weekly exercise time < 30 min;
- •5. Informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. With a history of smoking and drinking alcohol;
- •2. With drug use that may influence body weight;
- •3. With a history of gastrointestinal surgery;
- •4. Women with pregnancy status, or menstrual;
- •5. With allergies for powder composition;
- •6. Has a history of severe immune system or the blood system diseases;
- •7. Simultaneously into the group of other similar studies.
