- •Systemically healthy individuals with More than 20 teeth in the oral cavity
- •No history of any periodontal surgical therapy in last 6 months.
- •Teeth in normal alignment.
排除标准
- •Patients using antibiotics in past 6 months.
- •Systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, connective tissue disorders, kidney, liver and neurological disorders.
- •Smokers,alcoholics.
- •Pregnancy and lactating women.
- •Presence of periapical pathology.
- •Patients with poor oral hygiene.
