简要总结

GROUP Awill undergo mckenzie exercise with postural correction exercises.

Mckenzie exercise mainly consists of 5 exercises.1. Lying on your stomach

This move reduces pain by unloading pressure on  lower back. It also helps align spine.

1.    Subject will lie down on  stomach. Place arms at sides.

2.    Then subject will turn head to the side or face down.

3.    Hold for 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat up to 10 reps. in a single set

  1. Lying on a pillowTo support your lower back, add a pillow under  abdomen.

1.    Subject will lie facedown and place a pillow under your stomach and pelvis. Place there arms at the sides.

2.    Then turn  head to the side or face down.

Postural correction exercise includes Common core exercises include squats, pushups, sit-ups and crunches among others.

In the balance posture, mainly focus is on good sitting posture, with back flat, head up, shoulders back and stomach in. Posture correcting exercises strengthen the muscles. These exercises include

 ·       Stretching of hip flexor muscles

·       Stretching of extensor muscle of the spine

·       Strengthing of core muscles ( plank,crunches)

Group B will undergo MFR with postural correction exercises.

The application of 3D MFR encompassed distinct techniques at three different levels performed bilaterally as outlined below:

**3D stretch *:***The stretch was performed with the patient sitting on the treatment table and the therapist standing behind the patient. With the hands placed diagonal to each other, stretch was applied laterally and slightly forward at the same time. The stretch was applied bilaterally.

**3D stretch with trunk rotation *:***The stretch will performed with the patient sitting on the treatment table and the therapist standing behind the patient. Diagonal stretch downward on one shoulder was applied with one hand and a diagonal stretch up and slightly forward on the other shoulder to initiate the stretch in trunk rotation. In response to the feedback, movement was continued with increased truck rotation and shoulder movement.
