入排标准
入选标准
- •Definite retinal thickening resulting from diabetic macular edema on clinical examination involving centre of macula.
- •Diabetic macular edema confirmed via retinal thickness measured on optical coherence tomography.
排除标准
- •Vitreous haemorrhage.
- •History of any intraocular surgery/ photocoagulation within previous 3 months.
- •History of periocular or intraocular drug injection.
- •Any corneal opacity or cataract which affects pre operative OCT evaluation.
- •Previous history of glaucoma treatment.
- •Any other ocular comorbidities that has influence on macular thickness.
- •Age less than 20 years
