- •Patients with chronic HBV infection defined by HBsAg positive more than 6 months.
排除标准
- •- pregnancy
- •- patients with the conditions that may alter the immune system, for example; HIV infection, cancer, autoimmune disease, receiving immunosuppressive drugs and active infection.
- •- HCV and HIV co-infection
- •- HBV infected patients with decompensated cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma
