入选标准
- •1. They are aged 13-19 years old
- •2. Psychiatrists diagnosed them with a major depressive disorder by using DSM-V criteria
- •3. They had mild depressive symptoms using the PHQ-9 assessment
排除标准
- •1. Have comorbidity diagnosis of current substance dependence or abuse, mania episode, organic brain damage, current or past psychosis, persistent antisocial behavior, and persistent self-injury
- •2. Have significant suicidal ideations.
- •3. Have formal concurrent psychotherapy.
