入选标准
- •The diagnosis of pneumonia was based on the ATS/IDSA
- •guidelines for community-acquired pneumonia. Patient admitted for more than 48
- •hours, with no alternative foci of infection identified, plus at least, two of
- •the following criteria - Fever (38?) - Leukocytosis (>12,000/µl) or
- •leukopenia (<4,000/µl) - Purulent respiratory secretions - Rale (or crackle)
- •on physical examination - Abnormal blood gas analysis result Plus, new
- •infiltrates on chest x-ray
排除标准
- •- HIV infection, syphylis, diabetes, hypertension, steroid
- •user - Persons with other serious accompanying diseases when judged by the
- •researcher.
