入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients of age group between 18 and 60 years
- •American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status I and II
- •Patients with Modified Mallampati Grade I and II
- •Patients undergoing elective surgeries under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation in supine position lasting upto 2 hours
排除标准
- •Patients undergoing emergency surgery.
- •Patients who are unable to give consent.
- •Patients with contraindication to general anaesthesia.
- •Patients with H/o preoperative sore throat, upper respiratory tract infection, bronchial asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
- •Patients with known allergy to study drug.
- •Pregnant patients
- •Chronic smokers
- •Patients undergoing oral, nasal, head and neck surgeries
