入选标准
- •1. Male or female patient = 18 years
- •2. Metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC)
- •3. BRAFV600E mutation confirmed by valid test method
- •4. Initiated at least 2nd-line systemic treatment as per local treatment standard
- •5. Start of 1st-line treatment after 01-Jan-2016
- •6. Documentation of treatment with drugs registered for mCRC in the respective country at the time of treatment
排除标准
- •1. BRAF test after initiation of 2nd-line treatment
- •2. Other secondary stage III-IV tumor diseases or concomitant systemic treatment of any secondary tumor disease
- •3. Pregnant or lactating patient during the documented treatment lines
- •4. Participation in a clinical trial during the documented treatment lines
