入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Both married and unmarried female patients of age group 16-40 years.
- •2) Patients with clinical features of PCOS like: Menstrual disorders-amenorrhoea, oligomenorrhoea, menorrhagia.
- •3) Hyperandrogenism- mild acne, increased terminal hair growth on face, neck, abdomen.
- •4) Acanthosis nigricans
- •5) Obesity-BMI >27(normal-18.5-24.5 )
排除标准
- •1. Patients suffering from acute and chronic medical and systemic diseases like hypertention, T.B, heart disease.
- •2. Severe anaemia (Hb <8gm/dl), bleeding disorders.
- •3. Hyperprolactenemia
- •3. Any organic lesions of reproductive tract like tuberculosis, carcinoma, congenital deformities or any pelvic pathology.
- •4. Thyroid dysfunction.
