- •1. Patient admitted for femur fracture surgery under spinal anaesthesia.
- •2. Patients aged between eighteen- sixty five years .
- •3. ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiologists) grade I and II.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with any contraindication to regional anesthesia.
- •2. Patients with a history of anaphylaxis to local anaesthetics and allergy to the study drugs.
- •3. Pregnant or lactating patients.
- •4. Patients with history of chronic pain or chronic opioid intake.
- •5. Body mass index (BMI) more then thirty five kg per meter square
