入选标准
- •Pregnant women visiting JIPMER antenatal OPD/admitted to antenatal ward
- •1. >18 years age
- •2.Singleton foetus
- •3.Diagnosed as GDM with 75gm OGTT using IADPSG criteria 2010
- •Blood glucose value (mg/dl)
- •Fasting >92
- •1 hour >180
- •2 hour >153
- •One or more values above cutoff will be considered as GDM.
- •4.Should have been screened for GDM <24 weeks
- •5.Pregnancy going beyond 20 weeks gestation
排除标准
- •1.Overt Diabetes Mellitus â??
- •Fasting >126mg/dl,2hour >200mg/dl on 75gm OGTT,HbA1C >6.5%, RBS- >200mg/dl with symptoms of hyperglycemia
- •2.Known case of Type1/2DM
- •3. Steroid use
