- •1)Newly diagnosed & self-reported cases of Hypertension on medication.
- •2)Able to follow verbal instructions.
- •3)Having adequate understanding of English or Hindi.
- •4)Able to sit without physical discomfort for 10 minutes.
- •5)Those having smart phone/smart devices and internet access
排除标准
- •1)Inability to independently provide informed consent.
- •2)Patients presenting with Hypertensive Emergency.
- •3)Already practicing any kind of pranayam.
- •4)Patients who at follow-up practice nadhi shodham pranayam for < 63 days.
