- Female
入选标准
- •Ultrasound-confirmed patellar tendinopathy
- •Activity-related anterior knee pain for at least 3 months
- •Positive palpation findings at the inferior pole of the patella
- •VISA-P-G score < 80 points
- •Reproducible pain during the Single-Leg Decline Squat Test
- •Regular participation in sports activities (minimum of 2 lower-extremity training sessions per week)
- •Written informed consent
排除标准
- •Other causes of anterior knee pain (e.g., patellofemoral pain syndrome, meniscal pathology, ligament injuries, iliotibial band syndrome, plica syndrome)
- •Previous surgery on the affected knee
- •Acute knee trauma
- •Inflammatory or systemic diseases
- •Corticosteroid injection within the previous 6 months
- •Regular use of pain medication or anti-inflammatory medication
- •Known latex allergy
