入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients with a clinical diagnosis of acral vitiligo
- •2. Lesions distal to elbows and/or knees
- •3. At least two comparable lesions, or a single large lesion that can be divided into two parts
- •4.No new lesions/ extension of old lesions for at least 3 months
排除标准
- •1. Progressive vitiligo
- •2. Segmental vitiligo
- •3. Children < 14 years
- •4. Presence of lesions only on face and neck
- •5. Pregnancy
- •6. Keloidal tendency
- •7. Bleeding diathesis
- •8.Inability to follow up regularly at fortnightly intervals
