- •1.Systemically healthy individuals
- •2.Age of 30-50 years with chronic periodontitis
- •3.Clinical attachment loss ââ?°Â¥ 2 mm
- •4.Probing pocket depth ââ?°Â¥4 mm
- •5.Bleeding on probing
排除标准
- •1.Periodontal surgical therapy within the last 12 months
- •2.Ongoing drug therapy that might have an impact on the clinical signs and symptoms of periodontitis
- •3.Pregnancy or nursing
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Smoking or any form of tobacco use
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Blood borne conditions
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Use of blood thinners
