入选标准
- •First ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke at least 6 months ago.
- •Independent walking with or without assistive device.
- •Ankle dorsiflexion less than 0°at initial contact with passive range of motion (PROM) at least to 10°.
- •Sufficient cognition (Mini-Mental State Examination, MMSE score of 24 or higher).
排除标准
- •Other orthopedic and neurological disorders interfering the ability to walk.
- •A symptomatic cardiac failure or unstable angina.
- •Uncontrolled hypertension.
