- To assess the differences in changes in iron deficiency anemia between Ayorajadi churna and Nisha loha.

Number of Patients: 60 (each group have 30 patients)
Type of Study: open-label
Drugs: -Group A: Ayorajadi Churna
Group B, Nisha loha
Dose: Group A: Ayorajadi Churna, 1 gram orally twice a day after meal
Anupan- Madhu, and Sarpi
Route: Oral Route
Group B: Nisha loha 250 mg orally twice a day after meal
Anupan- Madhu, and Sarpi
Route: Oral Route
Duration of Study: 45 days
Follow-up: Each 15th Days during study and after 15th Days of completion of study
Purpose of the Trial:To evaluate the effect of Ayorajadi Churna on Pandu in comparison with Nisha loha.

入选标准
- •Pandu Roga diagnosed according to subjective and objective parameters Age group between above 18 years and below 60 years of either sex having cardinal symptoms of Pandu.
- •Blood sample showing Hb percentage in range [in men 7–13 g/dl and in females 7–12 g/dl] Patients willing to participate in clinical trials.
排除标准
- •Patients suffering from systemic diseases like renal disorders, heart disease, cancer, or tuberculosis.
- •Patients with an age below 18 years and above 60 years.
- •Patients with Hb% less than 7 g/dl.
- •Pregnant &lactating women’s.
