- •Neonates with age less than or equal to 30 days of life with sepsis in hospital and cases with sepsis referred within 30 days of life will be included
- •Neonates having culture sterile sepsis within or less than 30 days of life
- •Neonatal sepsis patient diagnosed within or equal to 30 days of life with well defined outcome such as recovered/improved or expired

- •Neonatal sepsis patient with viral or fungal infection
- •Patient having renal failure, congenital heart disease
- •Neonatal sepsis patient discharge against medical advice
