- •2.Patients aged above 20 and below 65 years
- •3.ASA status I and II patients
- •4.Patients undergoing elective infraumbilical surgeries under spinal anaesthesia
- •5.Surgeries involving lower abdomen, urological, gynaecological, orthopaedic and lower limb extremity
排除标准
- •1.Patient denial
- •2.Absolute contraindications for spinal anaesthesia
- •3.Combined spinal epidural anaesthesia
- •4.Known hypersensitivity or allergy to study drugs
- •5.Pregnancy and lactating mothers
- •6.Morbid obesity (BMI >40)
- •7.Age below 20 years
- •8.Infection at the site of sub arachnoid block
- •9.Bleeding and coagulation disorders
