- •1. Preterm neonates less than or equal to 34 weeks of gestation.
- •2. Preterm neonates on 50-100 mL/kg/day of enteral feeding

- •Preterm neonates
- •On CPAP/ Mechanical ventilation.
- •With lethal congenital malformations.
- •With surgical abdomen and previously diagnosed definite Necrotizing Enterocolitis.
