入选标准
- •1. Hospitalized patients in internal medicine unit at King Chulalongkorn Hospital
- •2. Aged between 18-80 years
- •3. Allow to eat from primary physician
- •4. Able to talk and communicate
- •5. Can follow instructions
- •6. Agree to participate in research
排除标准
- •1. Patients with unstable vital signs
- •2. Patients using mechanical ventilation
- •3. Patients with abnormal levels of consciousness
- •4. Patients with cerebrovascular disease
- •5. Patients with a history of cancer of the oral cavity, esophagus.
- •6. Patients with history of surgery or radiation on oral cavity, tongue, esophagus.
- •7. Dyspnea or having a fingertip blood oxygen level lower than 92%
- •8. Nasogastric feeding tube
