- All
入选标准
- •1.equal or more than 60 years old patient
- •2.Low energy closed Femoral neck fracture (subcapital and transcervical type)
- •3.Willing to participate in the study
排除标准
- •Pathological fracture other than osteoporosis
- •Previous ipsilateral OA hip
- •Multiple trauma or fractures
- •Acute fracture(<72hours)
- •Had previous ipsilateral hip fracture or surgery
- •Allergy to the medications and contrast used in protocol
- •GFR < 60ml/min/1.73m2
- •DM poor controlled (HbA1C > 8%)
- •Current systemic steroid use
- •Local infection at injection site
- •Severe cognitive impairment that affects data collection
