简要总结

This prospective randomized controlled study aims to evaluate the efficacy of superficial cervical plexus block compared to local infiltration as a method of analgesia prior to performing brachial plexus block procedures in the neck The study will assess parameters including pain during needle insertion patient comfort ease of block performance and any procedure related complications Participants will be randomly allocated into two groups one receiving superficial cervical plexus block and the other receiving local anesthetic infiltration at the puncture site Outcomes will be measured using validated pain scores and procedural metrics The findings are expected to identify a superior analgesic technique that improves patient comfort and procedural success during brachial plexus block
