入选标准
- •1. Patients aged 18-80 years
- •2. Patients with atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia or dysplasia confirmed by pathology
- •3. Those with certain reading ability, willing to cooperate with the examination and sign the informed consent form
排除标准
- •1. Have a history of gastric surgery
- •2. Combined with autoimmune gastritis (type A chronic atrophic gastritis), peptic ulcer, reflux esophagitis, gastric polyps, hypertrophic gastritis, ulcerative colitis
- •3. Suspected gastric cancer or other serious digestive system diseases, such as biliary tract, pancreas and other organic lesions
- •4. Serious primary diseases with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs
- •5. People with severe cognitive impairment
- •6. Pregnant or lactating women
