简要总结
In this current study, we propose to implement an effective community cancer awarenss, risk factor assessment and early identificaiton of prostate, oral, head/neck cancers program in the geographical areas near NCI-India, using combined approaches of risk factor surveys, point of care testing, mobile health (mhealth) technology to identify individuals at increased risk for these cancers.

入选标准
- •Adults 35 years and above residing in the geographical areas near NCI.
排除标准
- •Those with previous diagnosis of cancer will be excluded.
- •Those with age<35 years will not be included.

1. Cancer Risk factors (demographic, metabolic, dietary, lifestyle, smoking/tobacco, pesticide use etc.)
时间窗: Baseline and annually till end of study period.
2. Clinical examination findings (BMI, Blood pressure, Heart rate)

3. Clinical measures (HbA1c, Urine albumin & protien, Lipid profile, Hemoglobin etc)

4. PSA (Total & Free) for males above 45 years of age

5. Finding of oral visual examination and oral imaging.
