- •Patients undergoing: Diagnostic hysteroscopy (DHS), transcervical resection of myoma/polyp/endometrium (TCRM/P/E), Essure sterilisation, intrauterine device (IUD) placement/removal or intrauterine adhesiolysis (minor adhesions).
排除标准
- •Disease factors: Acute setting of surgery, combination with other (major) surgery influencing convalescence, pregnancy, hysteroscopy within 12 weeks post partum, PID, presence of postoperative uterine niche, Asherman’s syndrome, (suspiscion of) malignancy.
