入选标准
- •All patients with AO33\-C2 and AO33\-C3 femoral fractures presenting to the emergency department during the first 18 months of the study.
- •Age group 18\-60 years
- •Operated within 21 days of injury.
- •Open fractures Gustilo\-Anderson grade 1,2,3A presenting within 7 days of injury.
排除标准
- •Associated fractures in the ipsilateral limb
- •Patients with open fractures (open grade 3b an 3c)
- •Patients with periprosthetic fractures / peri\-implant fractures.
- •Patients with pathological fractures due to neoplastic lesion.
- •Patients with ipsilateral limb surgery in the past
- •Â Patients not giving consent
- •Patients not willing to follow up
