简要总结
This study is a cross-sectional observational trial to evaluate the relationship between internet addiction and nidra in deha prakriti. In this study, data will be collected from various subjects within 6 months. Prakriti scale will be evaluated through an interview by the principal investigator and will be collected through the young’s internet addiction test (IAT), Sleep Quality Scale Questionnaire. The data collected will be analyzed statistically to find out any relationship between internet addiction and nidra in deha prakriti.

- •The subject associated with sleep disorder affected by Internet Addiction.
排除标准
- •Subject associated with a major illness.
- •Subject undergoing modern medicine treatment / any other treatment.
- •Subjects above 30 years of age.
- •Subject below 18 years of age.
