简要总结
- Preliminary homogeneity verification of subjects Accordingly, in this study, ?2-test and ANOVA were performed to verify the homogeneity of the general characteristics of the three groups, and there were differences between the three groups in age, gender, grade, sleep time, medication use, underlying disease, and vital signs. There was no significant difference, ensuring homogeneity of the three groups. 2. Verification of homogeneity of subjects’ dependent variables The homogeneity verification results for the subjects' dependent variables showed that there were no significant differences in subjective sleep quality, objective sleep quality, subjective stress, objective stress, and autonomic nervous system balance among the three groups, confirming the homogeneity of the three groups. 3. Effect of virtual reality based meditation on sleep quality (1) First hypothesis: There will be differences in the subjective sleep quality of the virtual reality based meditation group, intensive meditation group, and control group. There was a significant difference in subjective sleep quality measured after applying virtual reality based meditation between the three groups. Therefore, the first additional hypothesis, ‘There will be a difference in the subjective sleep quality of the virtual reality based meditation group, the intensive meditation group, and the control group.’ was supported. (2) Second additional hypothesis: There will be a difference in the objective sleep quality of the virtual reality based meditation group, the intensive meditation group, and the control group. The second additional hypothesis is total sleep time (TST), awakening time after falling asleep (minutes, WASO), sleep efficiency (SE), awakening time after falling asleep (%, WASO), light sleep (LST), deep sleep (DST). , Objective sleep quality was confirmed through REM sleep. Among the seven objective sleep quality indicators, there were statistically significant differences in wake-up time (WASO), sleep efficiency (SE), and deep sleep (DST). Therefore, the second additional hypothesis, ‘There will be differences in the subjective sleep quality of the virtual reality based meditation group, the intensive meditation group, and the control group.’ was partially supported. 4. Effect of virtual reality based meditation on stress (1) First supplementary hypothesis: There will be a difference in the subjective stress of the virtual reality based meditation group, the intensive meditation group, and the control group. There was a significant difference in subjective stress measured after applying virtual reality based meditation between the three groups. Therefore, the first additional hypothesis, ‘There will be a difference in subjective stress between the virtual reality based meditation group, the intensive meditation group, and the control group.’ was supported. (2) Second additional hypothesis: There will be a difference in objective stress between the virtual reality based meditation group, the intensive meditation group, and the control group. There was a significant difference in objective stress measured after applying virtual reality based meditation between the three groups. Therefore, the second additional hypothesis, ‘There will be a difference in objective stress between the virtual reality based meditation group, the intensive meditation group, and the control group.’ was supported. 5. Effect of virtual reality based meditation on autonomic nervous system balance 1) Third hypothesis: There will be differences in the autonomic nervous system balance of the virtual reality based meditation group, the intensive meditation group, and the control group. There was a significant difference in autonomic nervous system balance between the three groups measured after applying virtual reality-based meditation. Therefore, the third hypothesis, ‘There will be differences in the balance of the autonomic nervous sys
