入选标准
- •Degenerative osteoarthritis knee pain lasting over 3 months even treatment with non-steroid inflammatory drugs.
- •Age between 50-90 years.
- •Kellgren-Lawrence grade II-III
排除标准
- •- Patient with a psychiatric disorder accompanied by cognitive deficits.
- •- Patient with rheumatoid arthritis.
- •- Patient suspected of systemic infection.
- •- Patient suspected of having inflammatory arthritis at the injection site.
- •- Patient with side effects of hyalruronate formulation and local anesthetics .
- •- Patient who do not want to participate study.
- •- Patient who do not understand the study so unable to give voluntary consent.
