入选标准
- •1. Patients with sepsis;
- •2. Aged > 18 years;
- •3. Patients under PiCCO monitoring;
- •4. Unstability of nhemodynamics;
- •5. Patients under mechanical ventilation treatment.
排除标准
- •1. non-sepsis induced unstability of nhemodynamics;
- •2. Patients with severe chronic heart failure, arrhythmia, valvular heart disease, IAH and PVD;
- •3. Patients with severe common carotid artery stenosis(>50%);
- •4. Pregnant woman;
- •5. Patients completing fluid resuscitation;
- •6. Refused or incapable to PiCCO monitor.
