- •1. Ante natal women of 16-18 weeks of gestation with BMI >=25.
- •2.Antenatal women who have first time pregnant
- •3..Antenatal women who have android phone
- •4.Antenatal women have age limit of 18-40years
- •5.Able to read and write English or Malayalam.
- •6.Women who were booked and attending regular antenatal checkup.
- •7. Antenatal women willing for delivery in the same hospital
排除标准
- •1. Suffering from high-risk pregnancy such as severe diabetes, hypertension and bad obstetric history.
- •2. Antenatal women with multiple gestations
- •3. Not willing to participate in this study.
- •4.Antenatal women who having regular walking
