入选标准
- •Students must live in the dormitory
- •Students should be willing to participate in the study
- •Students must be single
- •Students must be between 18-40 years old
- •Students should have a normal BMI (18/5-24/9)
- •Students must have regular menstruation (cycle duration 24-38 days)
- •Students' menstrual cycle should be 4-8 days
- •Premenstrual syndrome should be confirmed through a questionnaire derived from DSM V and a daily symptom record form for two consecutive months
- •Students should not use tobacco, alcohol and addictive substances
排除标准
- •Students should not suffer from physical diseases such as diabetes, anemia, hypothyroidism, malnutrition, Cushing's syndrome, hyperprolactinemia
- •Students do not have a known mental illness
- •Students should not use anti-depressant drugs, hormones, vitamins, herbal drugs, aspirin and warfarin, drugs related to thyroid disorders, drugs related to prolactin disorders in the last three months
- •Surgery has not been done in the last six months
- •Unfortunate incidents such as the death of relatives have not occurred in the last six months
