- •Inpatient with a hospital stay of > 3 days
排除标准
- •Age < 18 yrs;
- •Disorientation towards place, time, person, situation;
- •reduced cognitive functioning (dementia);
- •patient is not able to read or to understand the german language; patient has been warded;
- •patient is not able to fill out the questionnaire (according to the assessment of the study nurse)
