入选标准
- •1. Patient scheduled for lower limb orthopedic surgery with ASA-PS I, II, III
- •2. Age > 65 years.
- •3. Able to understand VAS for pain assessment.
- •4. No H/o allergy to any drug of the study.
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal
- •2. Patients undergoing emergency surgery
- •3. Patients with bleeding disorder or local infection
- •4. Visible spinal deformity
- •5. Patients with severe medical complications
