入选标准
- •1 Age : 18-25 years
- •2 Gender : Female
- •3 Subjects with rounded shoulder posture :Medial rotators tightness, Acromion to table distance(tabletop test) >2.5 cm, Thoracic kyphosis(IK) >10
- •4 Subjects with non specific neck pain.
- •5 NPRS score > 3
- •6 Subjects with at least reduced neck extension and/or rotation ROM.
排除标准
- •1 History of neck and/or shoulder surgery in past six months
- •2 History of neck and/or shoulder trauma in past 6 months
- •3 History of recent cervical spinal fracture
- •4 defects in the visual field and abnormalities in the vestibular system
- •5 History of contact dermatitis or abnormal skin reactions or allergies to rigid tape
