排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal
- •2.Previous lumbar spine surgery
- •3.Extensive Lumbar spine surgeries like large tumors excisions, scoliosis correction or more than 2 level spine fixations
- •4.Body mass index (BMI) >35
- •5.History of opioid tolerance
- •6.Contraindications to regional technique, e.g., local infection (administration site), systemic infection, coagulopathy
- •7.Allergy to any drugs used in the study
- •8.Pregnancy or lactation
