- •Patients providing written informed consent voluntarily.
- •2) Patients belonging to age group 18 - 60 years of both sexes.
- •3) Patients measuring height 150-180cms and weighing 50-80kgs.
- •4) Patients scheduled for upper limb orthopedic surgery under supraclavicular brachial plexus block.
- •5) American society of anaesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I and II
排除标准
- •1) Patients refusing written informed consent.
- •2) Patients having infections at the site of injection.
- •3) Clinically significant coagulopathy.
- •4) Allergic to the study drugs.
- •5) Cardiogenic or hypovolemic shock.
- •6) Preexisting motor and sensory deficit.
- •7) Respiratory insufficiency.
