- •1. Adult >18 years old
- •2. subacute or chronic anal fissure
- •3. patient had symptoms of anal fissure
排除标准
- •1. acute anal fissure
- •2. fissure from Crohn's disease, immunocompromised status, tuberculosis or anal cancer
- •3. pregnancy or lactation
- •4. allergy to component of topical sucralfate cream
- •5. contraindication to nitrate treatment
