- •- Age : 3 à 12 ans révolus
- •- Bénéficiant d'une anesthésie générale (AG) pour une intervention d'une durée supposée supérieure à une heure.
- •- Tout patient à risque élevé de vomissement post-opératoire (>=4 d'après le score de risque VPOP - Annexe 1)
- •- Consentement éclairé signé du ou des titulaire(s) de l'autorité parentale
- •- Enfant bénéficiant d'un régime de sécurité sociale

排除标准
- •Critères de non inclusion :
- •- Patients bénéficiant d'une chirurgie ambulatoire
- •- Refus du ou des titulaire(s) de l'autorité parentale
- •- Prise de tout traitement antiémétique dans les 24 heures précédant l'intervention
- •- Intervention nécessitant le maintien d'une sédation et d'une ventilation mécanique en post-opératoire immédiat
- •- Patient bénéficiant d'une corticothérapie pré-opératoire
- •- Hypersensibilité ou contre indication connue au dropéridol ou à l'un des composants du produit.
- •- États comateux.
- •- Hypokaliémie connue.
- •- Hypomagnésémie.
- •- Bradycardie inférieure à 55 battements par minute.
- •- Connaissance d'un traitement en cours par un médicament entraînant une bradycardie, un ralentissement de la conduction intracardiaque, un allongement de l'intervalle QT (cf Mises en garde/Précautions d'emploi, Interactions DROPERIDOL).
- •- Syndrome du QT long congénital.
- •- Syndrome dépressif sévère.
- •- Phéochromocytome (hypertension et tachycardie sévères ont été observées).
- •- Sultopride ; agonistes dopaminergiques (amantadine, apomorphine, bromocriptine, cabergoline, entacapone, lisuride, pergolide, piribédil, pramipexole, quinagolide, ropinirole), en dehors du cas du patient parkinsonien (cf Interactions DROPERIDOL).
- •- allergie ou contre indication connue à la déxaméthasone : infection, infection virale, hépatite, troubles psychotiques, vaccination par vaccin vivant
- •- allergie ou contre indication connue à l'ondansétron
