- •Patients in sepsis whose culture sample growing CRE.

- •Patient refusal.
- •Patients with severe comorbidity like- advanced staged malignancy, malignant stroke or intracerebral hemorrhage, head injury, moderate â??massive hemorrhage, thorax injury, etc.
